Shipping policy

We deliver to Metropolitan France, all Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM TOM), Europe, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, as well as the Maghreb, the USA, and Canada.

For deliveries outside of these destinations, you can request pricing via the contact form.

Orders destined for countries OUTSIDE the EU are automatically invoiced excluding VAT. It is important to correctly provide your address. For DOM TOM destinations, it is particularly important not to select "France" as the country but the specific DOM or TOM for the shipment (e.g., Martinique).

For France and Monaco, you have the choice between 2 delivery methods:

• Home delivery via Colissimo (Delivery in 48 to 72 hours on business days)
• Delivery to a Relay Point (Delivery in 5 to 6 days on business days)

For Belgium, the conditions are the same as for France. The delivery time may be extended by 48 to 72 hours.

For EU countries, delivery is carried out via Colissimo, with a delivery time of 5 to 6 business days.

For countries outside the EU, delivery is made via Colissimo, and the delivery time depends on the destination.
