Refund policy

If one of the products you have received does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us at your expense within 14 days after receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• The products must be complete in their original condition (unpacked and/or used products cannot be returned).
• The packaging must be complete, and the product must be in the same condition as when it was received.

Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be issued within 14 business days.

If your product arrived defective, incomplete, or malfunctioning, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form, and we will find a suitable solution to the situation (exchange, refund, repair, etc.).
