We deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany and the United Kingdom.
To limit our impact, we offer you the choice between several shipping methods, adapted to your needs and our eco-responsible logistics vision.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS - METROPOLITAN FRANCE AND BELGIUM:
For Belgium, the conditions are the same as for France. The delivery time may be increased by 48 to 72 hours.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS - OTHER DESTINATIONS:
For deliveries outside these destinations ( all French overseas territories, the rest of Europe, the Maghreb, the USA and CANADA) , you can make a pricing request via the contact form.
For EU countries, delivery is made via Colissimo, the delivery time is 5 to 6 working days. (Please note: these deadlines are given for information only.)

Opting for standard delivery rather than express is not only economical for you, but it is also a major ecological gesture.
Indeed, we understand your impatience to receive our Foot'Up targets. But let's be honest, our products are amazing, but they're not yet essential to daily survival to warrant express delivery. 😏
Express delivery induces additional costs, negatively impacts optimized carrier routes and creates pressure on logisticians and delivery people, essential players in our business. We believe in a responsible approach.
This is why we encourage you to choose standard delivery or local delivery for premises .
The “collection from the depot” option will be offered to you if you are in the geographical region of the Foot'Up warehouse (25 km around Angliers - 17). Opting for collection at Foot'Up headquarters, in addition to being free, minimizes CO2 emissions linked to transport and allows us to meet. 😃

This aims to answer all your questions before purchasing, ensuring that you make an informed choice.

RETURNS POLICY:
If, despite our joint efforts, one of the products you have received does not meet your expectations, it is possible to contact us return at your expense within 14 days after receipt subject to compliance with the following conditions:
Upon receipt of your return and after validation of compliance with the return conditions by our after-sales service, a refund will be made within 14 working days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If your product arrives defective, incomplete, or out of service, contact us promptly via the contact form. We are here to find the best solution adapted to your situation (exchange, refund, repair, etc.).
