Our products are assembled in France in La Rochelle.

We work with European companies (French, German, and Portuguese) for the design, industrialization, and packaging of our products.

Currently, only the straps come from a non-EU supplier.

We ship from Monday to Friday until 10:30 am. Your package is shipped within 24 hours maximum after receiving your order. Delivery by Colissimo to France will take between 24 and 72 hours. For delivery to a relay point, the delay is 5 to 6 days after dispatch of your package. Regarding deliveries in Europe by Colissimo, the average observed delay is 5 days. For international deliveries, it depends on the destinations. Don't forget to track your package with your tracking number to estimate the day of delivery.

The delivery cost depends on the weight of your package, its destination, and the chosen delivery method. You will find all this information by adding the products to your cart.

When your package leaves our premises, an automated message is sent with your tracking number.

If you encounter an issue with your delivery, please contact us via the contact form, indicating your order number so that we can assist you.

If any of the products you received do not meet your expectations, you can return them at your own expense within 14 days after receipt, subject to the following conditions:

• The products must be complete in their original condition (unpacked and/or used products cannot be returned).
• The packaging must be complete and the product in the same condition as when it was received.

Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

Note: If your product arrived defective, incomplete, or malfunctioning, contact us as soon as possible via the contact form, and we will find an appropriate solution to the situation (exchange, refund, repair...).
